This girth is made with the finest materials for maximum comfort.The sensors of the heart monitor are set in the girth and will tell you how hard your horse is working. The monitor will tell you the maximum beats per minute, the minimum, the average, and the work time. Most importantly you will know the recovery rate and whether your horse is ready for that big event. It has four sets of keepers for securing the billets. However, it must be remembered that as the endurance girth is so short the watch monitor must be secured lower down so that it is within the 28 inch range of the sensors, otherwise the heart rate signal will be intermittent. We have found that the best monitor to use with the shorter girth is the Elite Girth Heart Monitor GPS 305.
